Heart Center of the Rockies

One of the most effective ways to ensure that people receive the medical care they need is to provide services close to home. Our mission has always included providing heart-related medical care directly to smaller communities and hospitals unable to support a resident cardiologist. Today we see patients in 18 locations throughout northern, eastern and western Colorado, southern Wyoming and western Nebraska. We also work with local hospitals to provide ongoing physician clinics, diagnostic testing and treatment.

For more advanced diagnostics, treatments and surgery, Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colorado, has partnered with Heart Center of the Rockies to be the region’s most advanced cardiac hospital. Prior to opening this facility, many cardiac patients had to travel farther from their homes to receive care. Heart Center of the Rockies continues to provide services at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado and Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
