Heart Center of the Rockies, the region's premier heart center, is dedicated to providing a comprehensive program of advanced cardiovascular care throughout Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska.
QUALITY
Heart Center of the Rockies offers patients a full range of services-from prevention and testing to surgery and rehabilitation-in state-of-the-art diagnostic, treatment and monitoring facilities. With 20 cardiologists, two cardiovascular surgeons, more than 180 highly trained employees and nearly 30 years of service in Colorado, Heart Center of the Rockies provides expert, compassionate care for all phases of heart-related conditions. Teams of certified cardiac nurses, dietitians, exercise physiologists and counselors work with our physicians to treat the whole patient, and emergency response teams are available 24 hours a day.
EASY ACCESS
Heart Center of the Rockies is located, for convenient regional access, at Harmony Campus in Fort Collins and at Medical Center of the Rockies with additional services at Poudre Valley Hospital, McKee Medical Center and at Regional West in Scottsbluff Nebraska. Also, through satellite clinics in 14 communities outside the Fort Collins-Loveland area, our physicians bring specialized care closer to home for patients in Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska.
Part of Poudre Valley Health System, Heart Center of the Rockies provides inpatient care through the Cardiac Unit and the Intensive Coronary Care Unit at Medical Center of the Rockies.
PREVENTION
Heart disease prevention and education are a priority for the doctors and staff at Heart Center of the Rockies. Community awareness events and programs such as Heartaware, strengthen our community's knowledge about heart disease while offering strategies to prevent it. Through patient programs such as A Woman's Heart and our Prevention Clinic, we offer individualized screenings, education, nutrition counseling and preventive treatments-all designed to keep you and your heart as healthy as possible.
INNOVATION
In addition to world-class technology and expert staff, our participation in a growing number of clinical trials ensures our patients early access to the latest available cardiac drugs, devices and procedures. These opportunities will continue to grow with Medical Center of the Rockies, which offers a uniquely integrated imaging facility, a chest pain center, an expanded electrophysiology lab and a robotic-assisted surgical suite.
