Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are an essential component of patient care from Heart Center of the Rockies. As specialists in cardiovascular care, they work closely with the Heart Center physicians to facilitate patient care and expedite the services each patient receives.

Our nurse practitioners and physician assistants focus largely on health maintenance, disease prevention, counseling, and patient education in a wide variety of settings. In addition to cardiology, nurse practitioners are also employed within several other specialties, including neonatology, nurse-midwifery, pediatrics, school health, family and adult health, women's health, mental health, home care, geriatrics and acute care.
